The EFAD is still in Tasmania and Victoria and the governments now hold the bond for $4.4 million in cash.
So if Intec process/sell/give away the EAFD they would receive the $4.4 million cash back.
If I am right it makes the bond an asset not a liability.
Also with the sale of hellyer complete it creates a $5 million asset with the $2.50 per tonne processing royalty.
Busy day at work today so I am off to a beer or two before the rugby league tonight.
