    To all interested BTA shareholders,
We should not be carried away with the idea of voting the idiot Peter Cook off! It is not an easy task. You can vote a director off IF the director put himself up for re-election at the AGM. You need to research BTA documents to find out when BTA directors have to stand for re-election and also when Peter Cook’s turn is due. The alternative is by a special resolution. To do this there must be a minimum number of shareholders holding a certain % of shares proposing the resolution. Maybe someone here on HC may have the answers or the time to research BTA document and post the relevant answers.

In any case, from memory BTA’s AGM is months away in October. As it gets nearer to the AGM, BTA shareholders on HC should then galvanised the effort to pool the shares to a proxy to vote against certain resolutions. In the short term, regardless of how useless Peter Cook and some of the directors are, as some posters here have posted, the demand for Relenza will be driven by the market. Many of the Government Scientists are now aware of the Tamiflu problems and they in turn will be demanding for a larger proportion of Relenza in their pandemic stockpile. However we should occasional post the facts on the useless management, so that they are aware that shareholders are watching. Many of the posts here on HC are reported to BTA management.

What will drive the sp in the short term? I believe the demand for Relenza is stripping supply. There are plenty of good work by posters here googling the internet for information on new government orders. These news help HC readers to be informed and allowed each of us to make “informed?” opinions/ guesses on what the coming Relenza sales report will be. Baring any stupid statements from Peter Cook; any good solid government order or credible news on LANI uncovered here; reported to the BTA idiots thereby forcing a BTA announcement will help to drive sp forward.
