Mackstart thats not correct mate, it can also mean people don't have anymore cash, it can mean people have too much exposure already, it can mean people are already happy with their investment, it can mean people already purchased more on market (as it was near or below the issue price), it can also mean people expected to be able to purchase cheaper on market after the rights issue...

the list could go on and on.

for a start its 245million they've raised. And as gself said it hasn't been wasted in that we've got 3 plants (2 not operational), 3 camps, and a resource of ~3.4million ounces worth a few billion dollars... oh and significant more gold in the ground.
