the poeple quoting 1c per BBI were ASSUMING csi would own 90% of new BBI, clearly that is not the case and NEVER was the case.

from the billbu link its clear that existing BBI will become 18% after Beppa conversion. then csi will acquire 50%, which effectively dilutes existing holders to 9%, and beppa to 41%. csi then has 50%

im sure if the people that calculated 1c would like to try again with the correct numbers, they will value BBI much higher.

Towie is the only one that seems to have understood this.
