The points are:
JORC needs to be 2012 compliant
Resources really need to have a fair component under the Measured category which can be upgraded into Reserves
This will probably take some time
Any intention to get back into mining immediately would, in my opinion, be a wrong move, especially during the wet season.
Mill plant and equipment probably need a serious review for potential refurbishment - now pretty old.
