The resource volumes are not satisfactory - need to be nominated in terms of targets for drilling (remember the Wanguo programme hardly started)
They need ounces up into Measured category and then conversion into Reserves - it is a process that takes time as RVR and the private Auctus Minerals have been focussed on for the last 2 years and which is now paying off very handsomely
