Some of the information given to me by the Administrator is disturbing and points towards systematic deception and possible even illegal actions by several. Several statements by the board in 18/19 point to perhaps more interest in themselves than the welfare of the company and therefore shareholder funds.

It would seem that there is possibly a lot more than just 'bad luck' with this company, and until ALL avenues are exhausted I won't be resting, but I can't do this alone - just too busy with my business for a start!

As far as filling in the ASIC report, please refer to each period of suspicious trading volumes immediately prior to NR's. Also, make seperate reports regarding any advice that you received that may seem at odds with what happened. Any diary notes that you have made regarding conversations with advisors could be important also.

honestly ASIC won't do anything... it's a waste of time guys. only option is to get a Maurice Blackburn or similar to take it on and sue the directors and the insurers.
