References to Yeager and Petrohawk appear to be based on a misapprehension.
The post by skygypsy on 22 July suggests that Yeager is now the Chairman of Petrohawk Energy.

He evidently became Chairman when BHP bought Petrohawk in July 2011 (when Yeager was running BHP Petroleum); the other names listed in that article were all BHP operatives. Petrohawk appears to no longer exist as an independent company. (There's a Nigerian company called Petrohawk Oil & Gas Ltd.)
It seems as though MarketScreener have simply got the chronology wrong by stating that he still holds the Petrohawk Chair while having quit FDM.
