Yep, So reading back in 13th Junes Ann, next steps is that it gets bounced back to Warden, further evidence can be presented, warden may recommend forfeiture, 10k fine or no penalty.
Given that for each tenement they spent circa 70% of the required expenditure, its not outrageous to think they might give them a pass and wont move to forfeit.
