A couple of points from further discussions I have had with Pitcher Partners:
- ASIC is contemplating withdrawal of request for winding up order if Pitcher Partners administration can be validated;
- there has been fraud;
- Pitcher Partners will seek liquidation (so that their fees might be paid by ASIC - there are no funds in Australia);
- BDO's audits have not been qualified - that would seem to me to raise questions for BDO to answer.
