Outcome of Procedural Matters
White Star Resources Limited (ASX: WSR) would like to inform the
market of the outcome of procedural matters. nearmap Limited
(ASX: NEA) has commenced initial proceedings seeking
preliminary information from Spookfish, Messrs Cope, Perkins and
von Bertouch. In response Spookfish filed an application to move
these initial proceedings to an appropriate forum, which was
dismissed today. Spookfish maintains its position that the
application for preliminary discovery is misconstrued and
inappropriate and Spookfish looks forward to resolving the
matter.
Spookfish maintains that their revolutionary technology has been
appropriately developed with new provisional patents lodged
recently to address existing market needs (refer to ASX
Announcements dated 1 September 2014 and 7 October 2014). It
is not surprised by the level of interest including from potential
competitors.
