Notice that they're encouraging shareholders to return proxy forms to Link. They are of course referring to the pre-completed proxy forms that they mailed to shareholders.
The proxy form to vote out the existing directors needs to be sent back to BoardRoom. The pre-completed coloured ones can safely go in the recycling bin.
