Yeah agreed. If there was no hope this would be done and dusted and there would by no options to pursue. There is no money so creditors would get nothing other than from directors mismanagement insurance but they probably didn’t have the funds to pay that. So it would probably be in the creditors best interest to see a restructure either by them taking a controlling interest or someone else with the possibility of receiving something back in time if they are able to get this going again. Definitely need new management as old management seem to have no idea.
