So RML haven't hit the high grade stuff, that's annoying but all is not lost. There are still opportunities in Pogo East and the intrusive low grade stuff. This low grade stuff is everywhere in Alaska and only needs to be .11g/t to be in the money. The size and bulk of the tonnage matters as they then heap leach it. Fort Knox is a great example, Victoria Gold is another. A 92m trench at .29g/t is okay as long as there is plenty of it. These things tend to get better as you go down and sometimes its splintered through the bedrock as well down to great depths which adds significant bulk to the resource.

I am relieved they are drilling for this bulk stuff now as the chances of getting it are very good. Their trenching at E1 also proves that prospect going forward. This could well yet be a monster. That E1 prospect is more than 10 x 10 kms.

As an example, NVA has a 3.3 mill tonne resource in Alaska and their market cap is $260 mill. Everything they drill finds more low grade gold. It's gonna be huge and it's an intrusive gold prospect. Sunrise could be a goer, first pass looks okay and could result in SP gaining some credibility before the next round of $ is needed. There is still a bit in the kitty and if there is a resource there, they can get a JORC which will put a base under the SP. I expect that to be well north of the current value as its currently valued at nothing...
