That's a big chunk of a global market that the company purports to be $1.1 billion in the US alone (4% of world population). And we all know the potential applications in nerve (Remplir) and tendon (CelGro) far larger potential addressable markets.

As others have noted Singapore approval pending. I suspect Aussie investors under-estimating the importance of this. The Singaporean Govt. via its A*Star, SingHealth and National Universities research programmes has really been pushing Singapore as a bio-tech hub for Asia. Its trying to strategically place itself as the stepping stone to the large Asian and of course Chinese consumer mkts - way bigger than the US ultimately:
