Good question
I have not been involved in a gold stock take over, my experience is in tech where I received premiums to share prices of 40% to 60% plus special dividends and that's what I see as about average. Based on that and the Q4 resource upgrade we should anticipate an elevated GML share price reflective of the resource upgrade. I would be expecting 40% to 60% premium to that value on takeover. Anyone else have experience or thoughts?
