It's modus operandi for these directors. Issue mates shares on the cheap, release an announcement, sell in to the hype.
They have been doing it for years, and it's absolutely criminal that they can continue to do this unchecked.
This is all IMO (i've been moderated before for saying something similar) but if it doesn't pass the pub test, then there's perhaps some truth in it.
Lac Rainy will never progress, they have been farting about with it for 5+ years, on the surface it looks good, but it's nothing more than a vehicle for the game.
