Sorry 2STB but work hasn't started yet. (I work directly across the road from their proposed site). They have final EPA approvals subject to flora, vegetation and water monitoring and management plans. By all accounts its a foregone conclusion just waiting for the ink to dry. There's some rare Black Cockatoos that nest in the area.

The initial plant will be capable of 40k per year with capacity to expand to 100k. The Tianqi Kwinana plant has a capacity with the just announced expansion to go to 48k per year.
