Yep, totally agree with this. The instability of the operating environents for many of the non-Oz deposits are an issue that cannot be overlooked. New taxes, long wait times on clearances etc. For better or for worse (!) we have a mining friendly operating environment here which means a stable supply with little (or wearable) variations in operating costs. I know what I would choose if I were in the business
