Don't think it's Putin's fault that interest rates are going up, they were going up anyway because of cheap money that fuelled all asset prices . If we have a resource the market will soon rerate CPN. The speculative money has disappeared i have seen it in 2008 and 2 other times 1988 when the markets had tanked I had Great Central Mines announced a series of discoveries the share went from 10c to $20, it was the discovery of the super pit in Kal.
