I am an investor. My view is that until Nifty is more than profitable consistently Renison will just keep paying to support it. The amount of money sunk into it already is just staggering with very little to show for it. I am sure it is a quality asset just unlocking its value appears more than difficult.
Given the box on the side here says we are sitting at $170m MC and we have been in production for a while now. Time is not on our side and investors will wear very thin if success is not achieved.
The other little graphy thing on the side shows what i am talking about.
The longer nifty struggles the lower that little line will go. I guess they could throw in some other left field ann to keep some faith?
Till i see that little line turn around and some nifty gems reported i will sit on the sideline as risk at this time is not worth it in my opinion of course despite those excellent results.
If this was just a renison vehicle then different story.
Mind you i came over here for the TIN originally and then found some cobalt which was excellent. Then found nifty which i also thought was great. But not to be. So like what the Co has but nifty really worries me.
Hopefully the reset plan gets results bit in the short term i just see more $$ getting spent while it is implemented.
