I went scurrying around trying to get a solid definition of exactly what a Tier one deposit was months back - only to find that the majority of definitions (even from what I would have thought solid sources) - had quite different ideas to one another.

I looked at perhaps half a dozen to 10 sites (as I said, one would think reputable) - and, in the end got confused and went and had a glass of red on the deck instead
