Whilst I would have also like to see something in writing for an off take agreement by now. I think they are waiting for the results from Stage 2 lithium-ion battery test, Tony has previously mentioned they are in talks with parties in US, Europe and Asia i'm sure the end users would like to see the results before committing as much as we would as we don't want to undersell ourselves entering into a contract at a low ball offer if the results are as impressive as the first round.
Hopefully an update soon will set everything straight. I'm sure there's a lot going on behind the scenes and the BOD are waiting for finalisation before the release any info
