I have a feeling that it might be a transfer between inter-related parties. i.e. EGS selling selling to Michael Fotios.

The strike date is around the corner, anyone that trying to flip 1.5mill IRCOAs seriously needs to contact gamblers helpline.

Someone picked up 1.5mill shares at 17.2c..... that someone is willing to spend $250k. Again, I have a hunch it is Michael Fotios.

Alternatively, if it is not Michael Fotios:

Can you imagine, where the share price would be if the same person had to buy 1.5mill on the market? I guesstimate the the SP would be at 20c by now.

We just need to wait it out, until their is a formal announcement regarding the options, which may not be exercised.
