its not all the same about 500m West of where they have been drilling , is the old stamp battery (below the Thomson track think that is the name ) on the side of a gully the bottom of the gully is not arid there is plenty of vegetation , at the bottom of the gully is the Bendigo creek which flows in the spring .
Have any lizards been found yet , hopefully this announcement coming up is about preserving the lizards .
