Next step is FID in Q2 2024 and locking in blend of offtake, debt and SPP to raise $109m. Not too bad a return for $100m outlay.
Share price will be at bottom of curve until prod, advised as 2025. Other alt is for RIO to drop a bid before 2025 and currently may wait somewhat until FID is ready then they can measure like for like (their costs v the FID).
IMO timing would be around Q2 funding decision as why pay a multiple on new loans when you can buy before that commitment on resource value alone?
