The results must have impressed management to double down with a second rig, if the share price never moved up prior it probably would have closed at 8 cents today instead. There was a lot of buying a few months back above 10 cents and with the sp falling to 5 cents, those people would have been wanting to sell on any big uptick to get themselves out of here.
