It's commensurate with the remuneration package provided, ditto mkt cap A1G. Mining sector Africa & other places are booming so I expect it's challenging for small caps to recruit the 'dream' CEO with the budget allocation available. Team available & any necessary consultants will no doubt bridge the gap of any soft skills. Many larger cap CEOs in Guinea do not have French language skills anyway. Anyway, the market seems to have taken the recruitment of the new CEO in its stride & as you suggest, the drilling results are what really count.
