    This one has been on my watch list for a good 12 months. I was tempted until I saw the name Victor pop-up as the new MD. While I think they have a potentially fantastic asset (particularly antimony), the qualifications and experience of the board of directors is a crucial input into my decision-making process. Victor aside, what are the general thoughts on the leadership within this company? I really couldn't get much out of the reports/presentations they've uploaded.
