Back in 2012 Rox hit a strong EM conductor under the Fisher Gold Mine. In recent times Hawke's Point and lately the WA Government have funded further rexploration. 4 conductors have been identified but the one on the left (below) is by far the strongest. Analysis shows that this is pyrrhotite which very often hosts gold. The geological model generated by the findings show a dynamic that is well known world wide. A high grade gold resource plunges underground where it is associated with pyrrhotite mineralisation. The strike length here and the conductor strength show the potential for a major new discovery located 40 km east of the Yandal greenstone belt hosting major gold deposits such was as Bronzewing and Mt McCure.
