You're invested in a penny stock, if you can't handle the fluctuations then this may not be the stock for you. If you have done your research and you're a long term holder you need to stop hitting refresh every minute and worrying about the daily fluctuations. Downramping this stock 20 times a day isn't doing it any favours. If you aren't happy with your investment, sell your shares and move on. Pretty simple.
