Absolutely there is a conflict of interest here. It has been very clear that the share price has been heavily sold into on news, to the point where most posters here would agree it’s unjustified. If GTT are responsible for that you would have to think it boarders on insider trading. Also if a director is responsible for that it shows complete disregard to the growth of their company and disregard retail investors who essentially get screwed and get left holding the bag. I would like to see BOD take a stronger position on the register .
On a longer view the resources will speak for themselves when they do the next major raise which could be for mining I would suggest a SPP style raise at least then retail are rewarded for loyalty and shares fall into stickier hands.
At the moment there are many different options for companies with very similar resource portfolios and potential growth.
