You should check that plan view again. The grade discs in hole #234 correspond with the data you provide above. I think you might have got your wires crossed there. You might want to google what a Long-section/longitudinal projection is too. If the holes are outside the clipping, as they called it, then they wont appear on the section. That's why some of these holes you cherry-picked from that section to the north don't feature.
By all means DYOR, but try not to spread BS in the process.
