Matty, here's the process:
1. Find the gold
2. Measure the gold
3. Work out whether it is cost-effective to mine the gold
4. Build a mine
5. Mine the gold
PDI is in the early stages of step 1. They are hoping to have step 2 roughly complete by the middle of next year, but that will depend on how much more gold they find.
