Other way around, its the samplings and targets needing to be defined before winter. Drilling should not be an issue during the winter apart from heavy periods. Helps having a hard ground surface.
Think some of you guy's need to do proper research. Only been looking at the HC post (ADV) for a day and there is some ignorance on these threads.
