i am no expert at anything
but i am a shareholder
there have been a few comments on raising capital
question
why doesnt the company offer shareholders a chance to buy shares
on the same basis they offer to sophisticated investors
ie
1 for every 1 or 2 shares held in bgl
that way there is no dilution in a share holders
stake in the company
left over shares could be snapped up by current share holders
that seems to be better way to protect the share price and
current shareholders
than offering to sophisticated investors
is there a reason that many companies dont do this
