I read about the multi agency on-site visit somewhere (can't remember where though) but I didn't take that much notice of it simply because its a bit standard practice and is not really the sort of game changer that might have an immediate impact on the SP.

The Agencies would have looked around and agreed to the extent and range of baseline environmental, social issues that will need to be considered in the ESIA and then set some parameters for how any mitigation proposals should be structured/presented/addressed and then its back over to PDI.

The real test is once the ESIA is presented to the Govt. If they accept its fundamental direction and there are no unexpected game changers, then its game on. But I doubt we will get a clear idea until the end of 2023.
