Indeed MM69. When you look at some of the socio-econ metrics it's pretty easy to see why. Greenies foot hold to rationalise for the prohibition of granting a mining lease kinda doesn't have the same traction as it would had the proposed mine been in Aus. It's certainly not a given that PDI will be granted a mining permit, but all things given, certainly looks like highly likely.
