So is that 750ppm in solution or from the in situ assay, as the solution assays are more important than in ground assays (which are almost meaningless, as you do not know how they are complexed in the ground), then there is the issue of extracting the REE's from the solution, coupled with the vast amount to tails being produced... find a poster called setfiretothehive whom has discussed the extraction of these. As REE's in clay are not that rare at all, the economic extraction of them is though.
