    looks like IPO holders are out as this is a tight capital strucutre playing out a cheap valuation.

    This project being the size of ACT may be highly commercial.

    These clay pans are not small and from surface as well so less overburden.

    Processing of REE clay is much cheaper and easier than hard rock.

    More assays to come and a monster in the making.

    The next REE market darling

    Cheap on Mcap and ~$6.5m in bank too so no shock for cap raisings
