I can't see any flow on effects, other than fear and speculation, from EU regulation. Remember they still need the lithium, it's just going to add a whole load of red/green tape to the downstream processing of it - packaging, certification, tracking etc. That's EUs problem, and downstream customers will wear the cost of it, not upstream producers. Its a truly global market, and if EU makes themselves less competitive, the demand will just bypass EU and grow elsewhere. So, I'm not at all worried about EU.
