As I have said numerous times, MEI now have sufficient 'Resources' for quite some time, additional drilling will not add much value at this point in time. The Market now needs the Financial viability to be demonstrated, ie an Ore Reserve delineated, Bankable Feasibility Study, Plant design (could probably copy Sierra Verde's) and then go looking for the CAPEX.
The only other thing that could boost the SP would be for the Chinese to stop manipulating RE Prices downwards, which would go against their 'Game plan' of hindering Western projects to discourage the finance !
