With the grades and recovery percentages MEI should be the worlds lowest cost producer. You could start production with a backhoe and a cement mixer truck to wash out the REEs. China has apparently exhausted the easy stuff and there are new separation technologies already here to bring the costs down further. I expect a takeover bid at some not too distant date.
