CHN is a good example of what an extremely high capex $2b and price assumptions significantly higher than the spot price does for a study....
MEI will not have the high capex problem that all the hard rock rare earth projects face, and I doubt they will be using ridiculous pricing assumptions like CHN did.
I think if anything MEI's scoping study could have the exact oppostite impact as to what CHN did....
