A stage 1 IRR of 80%, no pre-stripping and a waste to ore ratio of 0.2 to 1 with stage 1 mine life at 45 years at 2.9% TREO. This includes a 12.5% contingency that may not even be used and pre-production capex is only US40m, meaning post tax NPV to Cape ratio is at 10:1.
I think the nugget is that the Project is "attracting significant offtake interest" and the team are looking to have funding confirmation within the next 3 months.
