So we're waiting on FID, finance and construction contract award and construction commencement .. I'm wondering whether with many RE projects and multi mineral miners across the board being near ATL's - whether a TO offer/s have been received? If so, I hope management have the respect to make an ASX announcement as did LTR at the time, LRS had a TO announcement yesterday from PLS with no forewarning, just an announcement for a yes/no vote. Great time to make an offer from PLS for an acquisition but imo not so great for LRS
Either way, we're only looking to raise ~ $40mil and given that it's taken roughly 2 months, I also wonder whether all of these announcements we're waiting on come all at once?
Just speculation while the boredom sets in
