Assuming the figures are correct and not adjusted (made up) to make the plant look viable you have to ask yourself what would the costs be if the US spherical plant didn't go ahead?
I keep asking Prime what is Syrah's plan B if the plant doesn't get built but he never replies. I want to know if they will just follow the traditional process of having most of the value adding performed in China (including the chemical purification) This will no doubt cost more having someone else do the work and also add in an additional shipping cost to and from China.
