Hello. If PTR struggle to separate the rutile into a pure rutile product, then it would be a up to an 80% titanium product. Thus 80% titanium & 20% iron. While this would not earn the US$1,800/t that rutile earns, it would possibly fetch US$600 to $800/t. Who knows? I don't. But it will do a lot better than the current low prices (US$130/t) SFX is getting for its ilmenite concentrates (per the last SFX quarterly report).
