Hello. Sorry to say but i doubt PTR is of the same class because what Iluka do is produce close to pure "zircon" (which sells for US$2000/t) and pure "rutile" (which sells for US$1800/t). "Rutile" is 95%+ titanium.
While PTR may possibly produce a small proportion of "rutile", it appears PTR are likely to produce mostly a type of high grade "ilmenite" (PTR have called "psuedorutile"). "Ilmenite" is mixed with iron and it does not sell for $1800/t.
