The announcement states:
"Bench-scale ore beneficiation work has produced a concentrate containing 71% of the lithium in 36% of the whole ore mass. Acid consuming carbonates were reduced by 92%."
That suggests to me that the orebody contains a lot of carbonate but the geology section is conspicuously missing from the tables up the back of the announcement. The announcement also provides no information on how the carbonate content is reduced which obviously would reduce the acid consumption (we all know that from Year 11 chemistry). I would also suggest that the only outstanding part of this announcement is the omission of fundamentally material information.
